Established in 1997, we started our initial production of 3500MT in January 1999.
Due to elevating business growth and a commitment to continuous development and improvement, at the start of 2002 we installed our second spinning line and started its initial production in mid 2002, which increased the annual production capacity to 7200MT.
In 2007 we installed another production line equipped with the latest bicomponent technology, capable of 4500MT annual production. Currently we have a total of 12.000MT annual capacity.
1997
P.T. Multi Spunindo Jaya established as the first Spunbond nonwovens manufacturer in Indonesia and our plant is located in the second largest city of Indonesia, Surabaya (East Java Province).
1999
Commercial production with 1 spinning beam capacity of 3500MT per year
2002
Expanded capacity with double spinning beam operation, capacity reached 7200MT per year. ISO 9001-2000 Certified.
2006
Commercial production for Meltblown Nonwoven with capacity 360 MT/year, equipped with online laminating line.
Installed new multicolor 3.2 m width flexo printing.
2007
Commercial production for the 2nd machine line. One beam production of spunbond with capacity 4800MT per year, makes the Total Spunbond capacity up to 12,000 MT/year.
